Tips & tricks Edit

At higher levels, this spell is upgraded to Cleanse. There is no reason to use Purify after gaining Cleanse, as they have the same mana cost. There is one exception: if you or someone else is afflicted by Unstable Affliction from a warlock, Purify can be used to safely remove any poisons or diseases without risking the damage from dispelling the Unstable Affliction.

Patch changes Edit

• Patch 2.3.0 (13-Nov-2007): Cleanse and Purify range increased to 40 yards.
