Overview
Pursuit of Justice is a talent in the Retribution tree, you will need to spend 13 points in Retribution to max it.
Pursuit of Justice is a very popular talent for PvP Paladins due to their lack of notable ranged attacks and because they only have three attacks that can slow down their opponent (Hammer of Justice, Repentance against humanoids, and Avenger's Shield).

Notes
In Patch 2.3, an additional rank was added, the speed increase was changed (4/8% to 5/10/15%), and reduce chance of being hit by spell was added.
