PvP trinket

The PvP trinkets are rewards in the honor system. They can be used to prevent or remove movement impairing effects. With the advent of The Burning Crusade 
expansion, additional level 70 trinkets were introduced. These cost much more honor points but have additional benefits.
Alliance
- Insignia of the Alliance, 5 minute cooldown
- Medallion of the Alliance , 2 minute cooldown, level 70, +20 resilience rating
Horde
- Insignia of the Horde, 5 minute cooldown
- Medallion of the Horde , 2 minute cooldown, level 70, +20 resilience rating
Trinket Effects by Class
The various classes get different trinkets. In the past, each countered different effects.
All classic World of Warcraft trinkets had a 5 minute cooldown and dispelled up to three forms of CC from the user. They were usable while under the effects of the CC, even if the CC otherwise prevented trinket use.
The following table lists which form of CC each classes' trinket neutralized. Notice trinkets did not provide immunity; they only reactively dispelled already existing effects.

As of patch 2.1.2.6803 PvP trinkets dispel everything that cause loss of control of your character, including but not limited to stuns, cyclone, death coil and traps.

As of patch 2.3.0 PvP trinkets now clear the debuff from Judgement of Justice.
