Pygmy Oafs are one of three types of pygmies that are stealing the dates from the Tahret Grounds[59.9, 38.6] in Uldum, the other two being Pygmy Scouts and Pygmy Thieves. When the pygmies form their wobbling pygmy tower, the Oafs always serve as the base.
