Linken is a level 40 gnome originally located at Marshal's Refuge in the contested territory of Un'Goro Crater. He is small and wears a green tunic, wielding a sword, shield and boomerang, all very reminiscent of Link from the The Legend of Zelda. The quest sequence that Linken once gave was a reference to the series' first game: The Legend of Zelda.
Cataclysm
Linken left Un'Goro after the Cataclysm, along with his questline. He is no longer found in Marshal's Stand, where most NPCs from the old refuge have gone. However, he somehow resurfaced in Mount Hyjal, aiding in the fight against Ragnaros' forces.
