Purchase a [Small Paper Zeppelin] at the Wonderworks in Dalaran ^{[44, 46]} and then throw it to your orphan, Kekek. Wonderworks is on the corner across from The Violet Citadel.

You take Kekek one more place? Orphan lady say Dalaran have toy store called Wonderworks, but Kekek never seen it. She say that if one orphan go, she have to take everyone. Maybe you take Kekek?

Kekek seen other children playing with small paper zeppelin? Kekek hear those come from Wonderworks. Maybe you get one and throw it around with Kekek?

The Wonderworks is in central Dalaran, just west of Runeweaver Square. Buy a [Small Paper Zeppelin] for 1, target the Wolvar Orphan and use the item. He will throw it back to the player automatically to complete the quest.
