Fly west to the siege tanks.

Siege Tank Driver says: <Name>! Ovah he'ah!

Siege Tank Driver says: Don't forget to use it!

The siege tank takes off and the player hops into the turret. It has a standard projectile weapon that hits for ~40,000 damage against the Decrepit Watcher's 154,980 health. So it will take a few rounds to take it out. Kill seven, then:

Zhat's it!
Zhe scrubs vill clean up zhe rest.
Back to zhe base we go!

Run back to the commander's hut, but it explodes! Head inside to check the damage.
