Not another one! <Name>, these devices have been springing up all around Azeroth. We know that they can instigate elemental disturbances in the area, including causing tears in the elemental planes.

The devices stink of Twilight's Hammer. The engravings covering the surface and the captured elemental essence implicate Cho'gall and his minions are behind this.

If you find more of these, please bring them to me or one of my associates. We need to learn more about what's behind this attack!
