Bring 1 Qiraji Regal Drape, 2 Lambent Idols, 5 Stone Scarabs and 5 Crystal Scarabs to Keyl Swiftclaw in Silithus. You must also obtain Revered reputation with Cenarion Circle to complete this quest.
