Escape from Coilskar Cistern

In order to do this quest, you must escort Earthmender Wilda out of Coilskar Cistern. The escort NPC is very powerful, she gets water elementals to help along the way, heals, and deals good damage. After the quest is complete go to the Altar of Damnation and speak to one of the people there.
