In Free at Last, you must escort Lakota Windsong away from the Grimtotem tauren of Darkcloud Pinnacle. Though mildly difficult, this quest offers some very good rewards for its level.

Obtaining this quest
Talk to Lakota Windsong on Darkcloud Pinnacle. To get to Darkcloud Pinnacle, head south down the road from The Great Lift to where it splits. Turn left and walk a few paces, looking to your left. You should see a path leading up. Follow the path up to reach Darkcloud Pinnacle. The coordinates for the beginning of the path are 31:36. Lakota Windsong and Arnak Grimtotem are both located on the cliffs north of Darkcloud Pinnacle (near Razorfen Downs), which can be reached by a bridge from the northern-most needle. Arnak is the objective of the quest Wanted - Arnak Grimtotem. Lakota's coordinates are (37,26).

Objectives
Escort Lakota Windsong from the Darkcloud Pinnacle, and then talk to Thalia Amberhide at Freewind Post.
Details
Try to clear the way in front of Lakota, but be careful not to get too far ahead as it will cause you to fail the quest. At several points along Lakota's path, a group of tauren spawn and attack her. It may be best to do this quest with a small group (2-3 people).
Lakota will head in as direct a route as possible to get down off Darkcloud Pinnacle. Once she reaches the bottom, the quest is complete. Head to Freewind Post and turn this quest in to Thalia Amberhide.
