How to Get This Quest
Wharfmaster Lozgil can be found on the far northwestern part of the docks of Booty Bay, coordinates (26,73). You must have completed [37] Goblin Sponsorship (Part 2) to get this quest.

Details
Baron Revilgaz can be found on the balcony of the Salty Sailor Tavern in Booty Bay. Speak with him to complete the quest and receive the next in the chain.
Description
- I'm afraid I can't be of much more help to you, <name>. If you'd like to follow up on it more, I'd suggest you go hit up the Baron himself. If there's anyone who knows Revilgaz's business, it's Revilgaz.
- You'll find him at the tavern across the harbor, top floor.

- Oh, sure of course I know what you're talking about. Nope, can't help you though. Some of my men were supposed to go track down the blueprints for the fuel regulator, but they came back empty-handed.
