Master Apothecary Faranell in the Undercity wants 20 Hearts of Zeal.

Description
Why do I need a rare type of guano, you might ask. Well, for this experiment I want to see what effect two diametrically opposed chemical substances can have on each other, especially when both are combined with an ever-toxic agent to ensure the most... ghastly results. In the northeastern peaks of Tirisfal Glades lies the Scarlet Monastery. There the crazed disciples of the Scarlet Crusade congregate. Slay them and bring me their zealous hearts. Our concoction will be most wicked!

Have you returned from the Scarlet Monastery? I'll need many hearts for this delightful experiment! No doubt, Varimathras and the Dark Lady will be pleased to be rid of the Scarlet Scum as well...

Notes
The Hearts of Zeal drop from the Humanoid Scarlet Crusade members, including those outside the monastery and inside the various instances. It is possible to solo this quest outside the instance, or to complete it while on a full run of one of the instances (except possibly the Graveyard, since mobs there are primarily Undead).
