Objectives

Destroy a Fel Reaver in Hellfire Peninsula and plunge the [Unfired Key Mold] into its remains. Bring the [Charred Key Mold] to Rohok in Thrallmar.

  • Suggested Players [3]

Description

It's no good, <name>! No matter how many coals I put to the fire, it's just not enough heat.

There's only one thing I can think of that is hot enough to temper this key and it is the insides of the Legion's fel reavers.

I've only ever seen one downed once. I remember seeing its insides fuming, shooting fire and steam as it fell. Take this mold and plunge it into a fallen fel reaver. I recommend you get yourself some friends if you plan to take one down.

Tip

This quest can be completed solo. Wait for the Fel Reaver that passes outside Thrallmar at (59.0, 41.7). When the Fel Reaver passes the supply caravan (57.9,41.3) attack the Fel Reaver, then run to supply caravan. The mages at the supply caravan will then attack the Fel Reaver. At this point, if you have any threat reducing/removing abilities (Feign Death, Ice Block, Fade etc) use it. Once the mages have taken aggro, sit back a little while the mages build up some aggro. Feel free to attack the Fel Reaver at any time, but try to avoid taking aggro from the mages.
