Although Galvan left Booty Bay many years ago, members of the order still remain in town, hoping to one day find another worthy of Galvan's tutelage.

Take this insignia and present it to McGavan in Booty Bay.

If you actually make it that far, he'll know that you are worthy. I have faith, <name>!
