Marshal Windsor is a quest in the Great Masquerade quest chain.

Objectives Edit

Travel to Blackrock Mountain in the northwest and enter Blackrock Depths. Find out what became of Marshal Windsor.

You recall Ragged John talking about Windsor being dragged off to a prison.

Quest text Edit

So that good for nothing coward says that Windsor is alive, eh?

Suit up, deputy, you are going in to find him. If Windsor is alive, you are to bring him back. If he's dead, I want proof.

<Maxwell laughs.>

I bet you are getting tired of hearing that, aren't you?

You will need either to pick the lock on the cell door, or get the Prison Cell Key, to talk to Marshal Windsor. You do not free him at this time.
