This quest can be taken from  Chort in the Blade's Edge Mountains next to the Circle of Blood or from  Grok in the trade area of Lower City, Shattrath City as a followup to  [70] Speak with the Ogre^ω τ ϖ. You can also fly to Ogri'la and speak to  Chu'a'lor to start  [70] The Trouble Below^ω τ ϖ.
