Swim past the end of the Fireplume Trench toward the Abyssal Breach. There, Wil'hai, a whale shark, is being accosted by three Tentacle Horrors. The sharks are circling the area, take them out.

While there, pick up Free Wil'hai from Wavespeaker Valoren on the border between the trench and the depths.
