The Forsaken in Deathknell need the gold that is found in the mine in Night Web's Hollow to the northwest, but can't mine it due to the spiders that are occupying the mine. Your job is to kill the spiders.

Executor Arren wants you to kill 10 Young Night Web Spiders and 8 Night Web Spiders.

Description

One of our greatest struggles is obtaining the natural resources we need to survive. Gold was scarce even in the height of the Alliance's power.

There is a gold mine to the northwest that has been overrun with spiders. We need gold from the mine, but we can't very well get it while the spiders are crawling around in there. I've not much manpower to commit to the task, so we'll just have to do it little by little.

Get up there and see what you can do for us, <name>.

Progress

Be wary of the spiders' venom, <name>. If you feel a sharp burning, you may want to have it looked at.

Completion

Hmmm, well, it's a start. It'll take a few weeks or months to fully clean out the infestation. After that, we'll have to get down there with some torches to burn away the webbing.

Details

The gold mine is located at (26,60) in Night Web's Hollow, north and east of Deathknell.

The Young Night Web Spiders can be found outside the mine, around (29,58). The Night Web Spiders can be found at the entrance and throughout the cave.

Inside the cave, the first left, a treasure chest can be sometimes found.

You must complete  [2] The Damned before you can access this quest.
