This item is fished from the fountain in the Eventide district of Dalaran.

King Varian Wrynn is the ruler of the human kingdom of Stormwind. The quote on the coin suggests that it dates from the rebellion of the Stonemasons Guild against the House of Nobles. Varian's wife Tiffin was killed in the Stonemasons' uprising.
