There is a basilisk, much larger and much older than the rest. Though we fear nothing from their kind, this one has become so potent as to petrify some of my sons. This shall not be abided.

Find Gorgonite to the east and slay him. He has lived much longer than necessary.

• A Son of Kor is supposed to arrive in order to help players kill Gorgonite. This doesn't always happen as planned, but when the Son of Kor shows up, he is supposed to assist you by throwing boulders. Players need to be aware of where the boulders will hit; blue runes are supposed to appear on the ground to mark the landing area, but this isn't always the case. The damage isn't high, so players can still melee away as they please. When the Son of Kor arrives, players should see this message:

A Son of Kor arrived to assist you, but watch out for his boulders!
