Bring 8 bottles of Rot Hide Ichor to Apothecary Renferrel at the Sepulcher.
Quest Text
Before we launch an assault on Fenris Isle, we must determine who is behind the Rot Hide Gnolls. Our apothecaries believe their origin lies within the strange fluid that flows through their bodies.
Go to Fenris Isle, east of the Decrepit Ferry, and collect rot hide ichor from the gnolls you find there. Bring it to Apothecary Renferrel, stationed outside the Sepulcher.

Notes
Rot Hide Brutes and Plague Weavers seem to have the greatest drop rate. Both of these type of creature are on the big crescent shaped isle (Fenris Isle) with the dock. You need not enter the castle to complete this quest.
The Rot Hides will occasionally drop A Talking Head. The quests involved with it take place on Fenris Isle, so you may want to complete them before turning in the ichor.
