In Stormwind you will find the commander of our underground assault crew, Shoni the Shilent. Shoni needs assistance with her gyrodrillmatic excavationators.
You will probably find her amongst the dwarves in Stormwind.

Notes
The Dwarven District is the subzone immediately outside the Stormwind end of the Deeprun Tram. Shoni is at [63, 34], near the forge and the blacksmith trainers and vendors.
