In Speaking with Gan'zulah, the dead chieftan of the Bloodscalps, Gan'zulah, orders you to attack his tribe's enemies the Skullsplitters, and to defeat their chief, Ana'thek the Cruel. If you succeed, he promises to reveal the location of Yenniku, the missing son of the chief of the Darkspear tribe. You must also complete Speaking with Nezzliok to move forward with this quest chain. This quest is part of a long chain, all available in Grom'gol, the first being Hunt for Yenniku which can be obtained from Nimboya at the north exit to the camp.

Objectives
Kill 8 Skullsplitter Hunters, 6 Skullsplitter Headhunters, and 4 Skullsplitter Berserkers. Bring the [Broken Armor of Ana'thek] to the Bubbling Cauldron at the Grom'gol Base Camp.

The chief resides in the largest Skullsplitter city, in the eastern mountains of Stranglethorn Vale, known as the Ruins of Zul'Mamwe. He can be seen walking with two bodyguards along the road in the ruins and in the cave at the end of the road. The coordinates of the cave are 44,44. The Skullsplitter Hunters can be found all around the area, but you will have to go to the section of ruins on top of the hill overlooking the road to find the Skullsplitter Headhunters and Skullsplitter Beserkers - their coordinates are roughly 46,41.
Turn this quest in back at the Bubbling Cauldron near the northern exit of Grom'gol Base Camp.

Curse you! And curse your ancestors!!
Only blood and revenge can cool my rage, so if that is your wish, then... do this:
Throw yourself into the heart of the Skullsplitters to the east. Slay the fiercest among them, and if you survive...then break yourself against their chief, Ana'thek the Cruel. Hah! Bring me his shattered armor if you can!
May he tear off your limbs and leave you to rot and be eaten by carrion.
