Bring Mangletooth 10 blood shards and I will bless you with great speed. You will run with zhevra and the wind will be jealous of you.

It will not last long, but it should be enough to help you travel throughout the Barrens.

Reward Edit

You will receive the Spirit of the Wind buff: +Run Speed for 5 minutes.
