Bring the Brain of the Black Stalker to Khn'nix at Sporeggar in Zangarmarsh.

Description

Historically the greatest danger to my people has been from the marsh walkers. With the new problems we are facing from spore giants, we cannot afford another attack from our ancient enemies. You have proven yourself to be capable, <class>. Do you think that you'd be able to journey to the Underbog in Coilfang Reservoir and eliminate the great mother of the marsh walkers, known as The Black Stalker?! Bring me her brain as proof.

Reward

You will be able to choose one of these rewards

Power Infused Mushroom Binds when picked up Trinket Equip: Restores 200 mana when you kill a target that gives experience or honor. This effect cannot occur more than once every 10 seconds.

Essence Infused Mushroom Binds when picked up Trinket Equip: Restores 200 health when you kill a target that gives experience or honor. This effect cannot occur more than once every 10 seconds.

Progress

You have returned.  Does this mean that The Black Stalker is no more?

Completion

The Black Stalker is dead!  Normally I would not revel in such butchery, but the pain that the great mother and her brood have put my people through over the centuries is unspeakable. It is unfortunate that now another of her progeny will transform to replace her, but that will take time and give us some breathing room so that we will not have to worry about the marsh walkers for a while.

Gains

Upon completion of this quest you will gain:

• 13750 XP (or 8 25  at level 70)
• 1050 reputation with Sporeggar
