The waterlogged and war-torn envelope dissolves in your hands, leaving you with a few pages of a letter in your grasp, written with painstaking care.

The letter is addressed to a Mrs. Sara Balloo of Ironforge and begins, "My dear Sara...."

at the bottom of the river near the pillars supporting the Thandol Span. You have to click on the letter, not the skeleton.

Sully Balloo's Letter is a homage to a letter written by Sullivan Ballou during the Civil War, rewritten to fit in the world of Azeroth.
