Can you go to Darkshire and bring me back some 
[Ghost Hair Thread]? You can get it from Madame Eva at her home on the Darkshire square.
Details
Speak with Madame Eva and receive a 
[Spectral Comb] then go to a Shack just on the outskirts of Darkshire. The shack she is in is beyond the first shack you see(it will be empty). Talk to Blind Mary and she will comb her hair and lament on how ugly she is. Take the comb back to Madame Eva and return the Ghost Thread to Ambercrombie. Ambercromie will ask you to get him some Zombie Juice from the Scarlet Raven Tavern.
