I had hoped to equip a whole army with my shoulder-mounted drake-droppers, but all I have is a single, extremely expensive and wholly untested prototype. Here, take it!

Shoot the Dragonmaw black drakes that are circling Thundermar, and drop them from the sky!

NotesEdit

This quest is offered immediately after players turn in Nivvet's trio of Thundermar quests. The only warning they will get before the Dragonmaw attack is Nivvet's brief dialogue:

Nivvet Channelock says: What was that? Oh no, the Dragonmaw are here!

This is usually followed by one of a handful of sayings thrown out by Fanny Thundermar as she attacks the invaders. Thundermar is in flames, with dragons circling overahead. The only way to return the town to normal is to complete this quest and the following two. Then the area will unphase.

StrategyEdit

Players have noted line-of-sight issues with using the Drake-Dropper. The easiest way to circumvent this is to fly up to the top of any one of the Thundermar buildings, then use the quest item.
