DescriptionEdit

The Hall of Command has been secured, but the Lich King has left us a little present in the Heart of Acherus. The stitched terror, Patchwerk, and a horde of abominations have taken over the second floor.

Use the teleporter to get to the second floor and destroy the Scourge forces that remain. Do not engage Patchwerk alone! You must fight the monstrosity with other death knights of Acherus!

Go, <name>. You have my strength to carry you!

Death knights are still buffed with The Might of Mograine, drastically increasing health and damage done, and providing plenty of healing while attacking the elites on the second floor.

There is no need to tag Patchwerk. Simply being on his aggro table when he dies is enough to get credit for the quest. However, there have been reports that Frost Presence and The Might of Mograine will permit you to solo Patchwerk.
