This starts a chain of 5 total quests.
Okay well basically for this first part, you just go and kill the Heavy War Golems or Tempered War Golems (and the Magma Elementals) for Golem Oil and kill the Blazing Elementals or Inferno Elementals for these little Heart of Flame things, so its very simple.

Collect 4 Hearts of Flame and 4 globes of Golem Oil and return the items to Kalaran Windblade.

Details
Note: The fire elementals are found near lava and in the pit in the middle of the map (not the Slag Pit). Some people have reported a better drop rate if you fight in the lava (non-damaging kind).

You will need the proper tool to set the towers ablaze. To make the tool requires some materials.
Bring me four hearts of flame and four golem oil and I shall craft the torch of flawless flame.
