The Ichor Of Undeath is the third quest in the Priest class-specific Sunken Temple Quest quest line.

Objective
You must collect one Ichor of Undeath, and return it to Ogtinc. He is located on the cliffs to the northeast of the Ruins of Eldarath.
The Ichor drop from Lingering Highborne ghosts that wander the Ruins of Eldarath, as well as the Shadowsong Shrine to the west. Due to the naga present in the ruins, it may be easier to find the ichor further west. They also drop off many other L40-60 undead (not just in Azshara), and can be bought on the AH. Thottbot lists the droprate at around 3-4% (20-30 kills on average), so searching one out on the AH may be significantly faster than farming it yourself.

Quest Text
For this restorative salve, you must use a simple formula: one part poison, two parts cure. You have acquired one cure, now you must gather the poison.
Powerful undead, such as the lingering highborne who wander the Ruins of Eldarath, are sometimes so infused with evil that it coalesces into a sickly greenish goo. To the living, this substance is known as ichor of undeath.
Due to the potency of this vile element, I require only a single ichor.
