Seek out Overlord Runthak in the Valley of Strength.

Master Dragonslayer's Orb Binds when picked up Held In Off-hand +14 Intellect +10 Stamina Requires Level 60 Item Level 83Disenchants into: Not disenchantable Equip: Increases spell power by 28.
