The Pride of Kezan is a goblin bomber, using the vehicle UI:

1. [Machine Gun] 100 yd range—Fire machine guns at enemy stealth fighters for 438 to 562 damage out to a range of 100 yards. Instant (0.5 sec cooldown)
2. [Wild Weasel Rockets] 100 yd range— Instant (5 sec cooldown)

Fly around and go nuts. A few hits of the machine gun or a rocket round and a single machine gun hit will down the opposing flying machines.

Note that the quest is made easy for you: you don't actually have to aim either the machine gun or the rockets. Just target the enemy fighters and keep flying in range of your target.
