Necklace of Bloodied Feathers Binds when picked up Neck +15 Intellect +24 Stamina Item Level 94Disenchants into: [Small Prismatic Shard]: 1 (99.5%) [Nexus Crystal]: 1 (0.5%) Equip: Increases spell power by 19.
