This quest is part of The Stone of the Tides quest chain.

Find the haunted island for Baron Revilgaz in Booty Bay.

Description Edit

If there is indeed a goblin mage and water elementals haunting the island, it could mean the Stone of the Tides can be mine!

I want you to locate this haunted island... find out what's going on. Oh, and if you perhaps want to find out more about the Stone of the Tides, take this scrip to the Stormwind Library, they should be able to find you a copy of the book I first came across the legend in.

Could it be that Gazban actually discovered the Stone...?

So the stories were true! Incredible!

However, we will need to figure out a way to defeat the curse of the Stone of the Tides, if we are to retrieve it. The curse is magical business, we'll need one of those wizards to help us out.

Notes Edit

The island is fairly easy to spot... on the map, it is the large island north and west of Grom'gol Base Camp.

Library Scrip can be turned in to Donyal Tovald in the Stormwind Library, for either Legends of the Gurubashi, Volume 3, or The Story of Morgan Ladimore.
