Quest Text

My pet is almost done. Now I just need something to stuff it with.

Only the voodoo feathers from the trolls in the sunken temple will do. They go by the names Gasher, Mijan, Zolo, Hukku, Zul'Lor, and Loro. Kill them. Kill them all.

This is no trivial task <name>, so I'll make it worth your while by giving you something of Niby's -- he probably doesn't need it anyhow.

Details

• These 6 trolls are the guardians that surround the central area in the Temple of Atal'Hakkar. They are always killed in a normal run of the dungeon.

Notes

This weapon will not display some enchant glows. According to an authoritative source (GM) it is because it already has a 'glow', the steely shine of the blade. Most +dmg glows do appear, as do beastslayer. However Unholy does not. And neither does the firestone effect.

Notes

• This item's casting time was affected by the talents [Fel Domination] and [Master Summoner].
• Back when soul shards were an actual inventory item requiring [Drain Soul] cast on a dying creature, this trinket was incredibly handy. It could even be used to create free shards by summoning the voidwalker and then telling it to stay. Once the warlock walked far enough away the voidwalker would despawn and a soulshard would be refunded to inventory, which could be used for any purpose.
