Take this kit and head deeper inside to serve papers to the leader of that scumbag chemical company, Hummel. The paper's inside. So's a little something to protect you from any chemical tricks they might pull. Use one of the neutralizers when the time comes, all right?

Brasstacks can be found inside Shadowfang Keep past the first room of mobs next to the door leading to the main courtyard. Hummel is just outside the door in the main courtyard with his lackies Baxter and Frye.
All three are level 82 elite Forsaken with 269,620 health each. Hummel is wearing Alluring Perfume, dealing 1620-1980 damage every second to nearby enemies. Baxter is wearing Irresistible Cologne which also deals 1620-1980 damage every second. Frye randomly tosses vials of perfume or cologne and cannot be controlled.
If you have not completed the associated quest, Apothecary Hummel drops a Faded Lovely Greeting Card that you can pick up, which starts Something is in the Air (and it Ain't Love).
