Level 70 PreReq Edit

I'm level 69 and can't accept this quest. Friendly rep with Consortium. Exclamation point is gray. Did a bit of research on thottbot and others that are not 70 have the same problem, those at 70 do not have the problem. Deathwish238 01:16, 1 December 2007 (UTC)
