Quincy Cutler is the owner and proprietor of The Shady Lady^{[64, 46.2]}

, a bar technically considered to be in the Dwarven District of Stormwind. More accurately, it is connected to Cut-Throat Alley via The Canals.

Quincy's little shop can also be considered a front for black market enterprises, or at least connected to them. During Hallow's End, Hudson Barnes questions him about a stolen crate of arcane goods, and Quincy admits he helped connect an interested buyer to the thief.
