Rage Winterchill was a Lich employed by the Burning Legion during the Battle of Mount Hyjal. He possessed powers surpassing most other liches, and had a red/purple tint to his model. He was killed during the Battle of Mount Hyjal. Unlike most of his fellow liches, who were loyal to the Lich King, Winterchill was fanatically loyal to the Burning Legion.
Players can kill him in World of Warcraft via the Caverns of Time raid instance.
