Ragglesnout is a level 37 elite (lowered from 40 elite in Patch 2.3) rare mob quilboar in the Razorfen Downs instance. If he appears, he can be found in the Spiral of Thorns just after Glutton. Ragglesnout looks like he has not been turned undead yet.
