Ramkahen Infantry can be found training within the Ramkahen Legion Outpost^{[58.9, 46.3]}

in Uldum. A group of them are training with the Ramkahen Sergeant stationed there (with the inept Salhet), while others square off against each other in the nearby fighting rings.
