Human Orphan is a level 4 quest giver located in Cathedral Square in the human city of Stormwind.

His name is Randis.

He is available only during Children's Week. To summon the orphan, the adventurer gets a whistle from Orphan Matron Nightingale as part of the Children's Week quest.

He starts the following quests:
