Randy Whizzlesprocket is a gnome who appears at the entrance to The Sewer in Shattered Halls. He is injured, and gives players a quest to rescue Captain Alina, who is being held prisoner by Warchief Kargath Bladefist. He only appears to Alliance players when Shattered Halls is played in Heroic mode.
He begins the quest
