Ranger-General of Silvermoon

Ranger-General of Silvermoon is a unique title given to the commander of the Farstriders, the rangers of Quel'Thalas.[1] The Ranger-General is also the commander of all of Quel'Thalas' military forces. During the Second and Third Wars, the Ranger-General of Silvermoon was Sylvanas Windrunner. Following her death at the hands of Prince Arthas, her second-in-command Lor'themar Theron took up the position. Due to Prince Kael'thas Sunstrider's absence, Lor'themar became Regent Lord of Quel'Thalas and passed the position down to his close friend Halduron Brightwing, the current Ranger-General.
