Ranger Lilatha is a level 16 quest giver located inside Amani Catacombs in the blood elf territory of the Ghostlands.
While out on patrol, the trolls ambushed Lilatha and are now holding her in a cage to be sacrificed. She claims the lock to the cage is a very simple one, that she could easily pick it, but she can't reach it from her side. Though she opens the cage after accepting the quest.
