I r confus
This article has the following sections;

Quest Objective: Indicates all quests have been removed.
BC + Beyond: States this is useful for [Insane in the Membrane].
Other Stuff: Irrelevant.
Perhaps I'm being a moron (it happens) but the article indicates this can currently be used to gain progress towards Membrane, but it fails to offer any clues as to how one may make such use of it.
