Soothe is a Druid spell that dispels all Enrage effects from an enemy.

Notes

Learned from trainer at level 28
Examples of Enrage buffs are Icehowl's charge enrage and The Lich King's Shambling Horror's enrage. Also a Druid's Enrage and Warrior's Enrage.
Other abilities that dispel enrage are a Hunter's [Tranquilizing Shot] and a Rogue's [Shiv].

Patch changes

Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Redesigned. Renamed from [Soothe Animal] to Soothe Beast.
Patch 3.0.2 (2008-10-14): Can now be used on Dragonkin as well as Beasts. Is now instant cast.
