Mindbender Ghur'sha is the third boss encounter of the Throne of the Tides in World of Warcraft: Cataclysm. The first half of the fight is against Erunak Stonespeaker.

Earth Shards 60 yd range — Hurls a line of spikes towards a random player's location. Once the spikes reach that location, they will errupt into a larger set of spikes which deal 1885 to 2115 damage every 0.5 sec to all enemies within 0 yards. Lasts 10 sec. 1 sec cast.
Emberstrike Melee range — Deals 100% weapon damage as Fire damage and afflicts the target with Emberstrike. This effect deals 1885 to 2115 Fire damage whenever the target takes melee damage. Lasts 10 sec.
Lava Bolt (Heroic mode) 60 yd range — Hurls molten lava at a random target, dealing 18850 to 21150 (56550 to 63450) Fire damage and knocking them back. 3 sec cast.
Magma Splash 60 yd range — Deals 18850 to 21150 Fire damage in a cone in front of the caster. In addition, the targets will take 2000 Fire damage per second for 10 sec.

Absorb Magic (Heroic mode) — Protects the caster in a shield which absorbs all spell damage. In addition, whenever the caster would take spell damage they are healed for three times the amount absorbed instead. Lasts 3 (5) sec. 1.5 sec cast.
Enslave (Heroic mode) 60 yd range — Leaps onto the head of a random enemy player, charming them. The victim will have increased health, damage and healing as long as they remain charmed. This effect lasts for 1 min (30 sec) or until the victim reachs 50% health.
Mind Fog — Summons a 10 yard zone of fog around the caster. Any enemies inside the fog will be unable to attack or cast spells. In addition, they will take 471 to 528 Shadow damage every 0.5 sec as long as they remain inside of it. Lasts 20s.
Unrelenting Agony — Causes excruciating pain to all surrounding enemies, dealing 1885 to 2115 Shadow damage per second for 10 sec.

Emberstrike and Magma Splash apply Magic debuffs that can be defensively dispelled.

The encounter begins with Erunak mind controlled and hostile. He will periodically cast Magma Splash and Lava bolt. He has 1,800,000 hp, however, once he is brought to 50% hp, the Mindless One will appear and release Erunak. The Mindless One has 619,000 hp. It will target the player with the highest threat^{[citation needed]} and Enslave them. That player must be brought to below 50% quickly so that dps can resume on Mindless One. While not enslaving players, he will cast shadow damage beams on all players that tick for moderate damage. He will mind control players 3 to 4 times before he is defeated.
